Order Status

If you want to know the status of your payment or the details about your order, you need to login by clicking on 'My account' button. You find this button at the top of the screen, on the right.

In the following cases, you will also receive an email with the status of your payment or order.

1. Placed an order?

You will receive a confirmation email.

2. Payment received?

You receive will a confirmation email.
If you have paid with a credit card or used Paypal you will also receive a confirmation email from Paypal.

Attention! If you transfer money by Telebanking or Internet banking and the money is debited from your bank account, that doesn’t mean it is already credited on the account of TomTomExpert.com. Often this takes 2 or 3 days.

3. Order shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email.
Attention! When we send out your order, you will receive an email from us. Then after approx. 2 days you should receive your order (shipments to a delivery address in Europe, other than Holland, can take up to 5 days). If, after a week, you still haven’t received the parcel, contact us by email: info@TomTomExpert.com, please mention your order number in the email.
