Warranty

Is there any warranty on the products that you sell?

Of course we offer you new products with one year warranty.
Sometimes we may sell used equipment but then it will be clearly visible you are buying an used product. The warranty on used products is 3 months.

How can I claim my warranty?

When you have a product which is broken, you first check the manual (if any), install the software again, visit the support site of the manufacturer and look if this solves your problem. 70% of all problems can be fixed by doing this. If we receive a product which is functioning well, we will charge you for the costs of the support department and the shipping costs.

Shipping

Insure your shipment

If you return your product, then you can ship it to us with a copy of your invoice and a filled out return-form. You can download the return-form here. Please be aware that if you don't insure your shipment, no one can be held responsible if your shipment gets lost. Always put back all manuals, software and cables in the products.

Check your shipment

Always check if your package is complete with manuals, software and cables. If the manufacturer decides to replace your product, we won't have to wait until you've sent the rest of the parts.

Problem with your product? Send us an email!

If you have problems with your product, we will ask you to send us an email with your complaints instead of calling us. This gives us the time to search for a solution of your problem. You can send an email to: info@tomtomexpert.com, always include your customer information, date of purchase & invoice number.

To which countries are you shipping?

We ship to all countries inside the EU (European Union).

When do I receive my order?

Your order will be send as soon as your payment is received, when the products you have ordered are in stock. You will receive an email when your order has been sent.

Note! When the payment has been debited from your own bank account, it doesn’t mean the payment has already been credited to the bank account of TomTomExpert, not even if the payment has been done through the internet.

Payment

How can I pay?

You can pay by bank transfer in advance, PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express (Amex).

Note! It is possible that we request you for more information about the used credit card. We do this to prevent fraud.

Paying with your credit card through PayPal?

We use PayPal as service provider who handles payments through credit cards. We have chosen PayPal because this is a well-known and reliable company.
Note! You don’t have to be registered at PayPal to pay with your credit card.

If you want to pay with your creditcard you have to choose in the Paypal screen "No Paypal account? Click here", sometimes the text is shown in Dutch then the text is "Geen Paypal account? Klik hier". You come in the Paypal screen after you click Paypal when you choose how to pay at the checkout.

I want to transfer money, to which account should I send it?

When you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. In this email you will find the account data. If you don’t have this email at hand, the data are:

If you are paying from abroad, you also need the following data:

BIC Code: PSTBNL21
(this is the bank code for payments from abroad)
IBAN Code: NL32PSTB0004471056
(this is the international account number which is linked to the account of TomTomExpert)

Always mention your order number with your payment, you will receive this by email. Without this order number it takes more time before we can send you your shipment.

Attention!
When your payment is debt of your bank account, it doesn’t mean that the payment already is received by Best Experts. Most of the time it will take up to 3 days to receive a foreign bank transfer, even if it is done by Internet banking.

Orders

I want to return something, how do I do that?

With your order you have received a return form. If you have lost it or we accidentally didn’t send it, you can download it here <link> In this return form we mention what you should do.

I want to add an extra item, but I have already sent my order.

Make a new order, fill out your personal data and send it again. In the field “details” you fill out that you already placed an order today. If you order the same day twice or more, you only have to pay one time for shipping costs. This only applies when you pay in advance. As PayPal is an automated process, Paypal is excluded from this service.

How do I change my registered data?

You can do this by going to “my account” and log in. You then will be linked to a page where, at the bottom, you can change your data.

How can I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

You can do this by going to “my account” and log in. You then will be linked to a page where, at the bottom, you can change your data.

I want to log in, but I forgot my password, what now??

Go to “my account”, at “log in” is mentioned: forgot your password? Click on the link and enter your email address, you will receive an email with your password a.s.a.p.
