Returning shipments

If you want to return something, please contact us before you send something back to us. Maybe we can help you solving your problem. It may seem odd, but most of the problems are solved by simply reading the manual, re-installing the software/drivers or by visiting the manufacturers support page.

Our products come with a limited 1 year warranty (or even longer when applicable). Batteries have a 6 month warranty.

If, upon receipt, in spite of our care by packing the product, it appears there is something wrong, let us know by e-mail within 24 hours (info@tomtomexpert.com).

You can send back your products in a sufficiently stamped package, accompanied by a filled out return form, which was enclosed in the original shipment, if you don't have this form you can download it here.

Insufficiently or unstamped shipments will not be accepted by us. TomTomExpert.com is not responsible for missing returned shipments, caused by a shipping agent. If you want to be sure that a shipment arrives, send it by registered mail.

The warranty does not apply, if the faults are entirely or partially the result of inaccurate, careless or incompetent use or use for other than normal (business)purposes, external causes, like fire- or water damage, or if the goods are changed or maintained by others than TomTomExpert.com.

Products will only be swapped if they are send back to us complete (i.e. including driver(s), manuals, cables and in its original, undamaged packing.

Products that have to be swapped must be packed, this packing should be in undamaged state.

We will only swap products when a valid proof of purchase can be presented.
